What is the last sight you would ever wish to see?
No matter who you are, whatever dreams you carry, or whatever journey you are in, one day there will be a last sight.
If you had a choice, you would probably want it after achieving your biggest dream, after living the life you imagined. But who knows? Life never tells us when that last moment arrives.
So I wonder…
What is the sight that would make you feel complete?
I don’t think any of us can truly answer that.
But maybe that feeling of completeness doesn’t have to wait for the last day, because you never know when that day is. It can come at any point in your life.
I remember a day when I wasn’t feeling well. My two-year-old niece was sitting beside me. Without thinking much, I rested my head in her lap.
The moment I did, she gently placed her tiny hand on my head.
I looked at her for a second… then quietly lowered my head again.
I just stayed there, hugging her.
And for a moment, I felt so full that I thought—
If this were my last moment on Earth, I would be okay.
If this were the last sight I ever saw, I would be at peace.
Because life isn’t fulfilled by how long you live.
Sometimes, a single moment carries more fullness than years.
That moment can come from anywhere. At any stage of life. You just have to notice it.
When you feel full, you begin to live in abundance.
Whatever comes after that is a bonus.
Whatever leaves after that doesn’t feel like a loss.
Human nature will always crave more. There may never be a day when you stop wanting.
But there can be moments when, despite everything you still want…
you quietly feel,
“I am full.”
